AppCentral

Mobile applications targeting customers of the company certainly have their place in the warehouses of the application and platform agnostic GetJar, appliance stores as Android Market agnostic and vendor-specific ones, like the iPhone App Store and a catalog of Palm App .

But finding the business of quality applications at these stores from the large number of games, music and software applications of general-purpose software for consumers who crowded the platforms is not exactly a walk in the park.

Enter AppCentral, a San Francisco-based Ondeego, which is essentially an enterprise mobile App Store only to be presented today at a ceremony held Mobilize09 GigaOM's. The aim of the new App Store? To meet the needs of workers in companies and their services, while at the same time trying to create a more vibrant ecosystem-based enterprise mobile developers.
